Get your deburring, blending and finishing applications done with this Merit® Surface Prep™ AO medium grit non-woven narrow benchstand belt. Its premium aluminum oxide grain coating makes an excellent abrasive surface that delivers up to a 20% higher cut rate than typical surface conditioning belts. The proprietary clean Bond™ resin technology and open coat produce a smear free finish on even high nickel alloys while minimizing loading on softer metals, such as aluminum. The durable nylon fiber used in this disc is bonded to a Y-weight polyester backing that minimizes stretch for cleaner, more controllable results in the finished piece.
