The closed reel steel long tape features a classic vinyl clad steel case design with a rugged rewind mechanism for single user convenience and nylon rollers at case opening to reduce blade wear and for sustained field use. Blades are produced with high visibility, easy to read graduations and a folding hook ring. One side in inch diameter (pi) measurements with 100th vernier scale and the other side is graduated in 1/8 in and numbered in consecutive inches to each foot and repeat.
